Job Summary:
Minnetronix Medical is seeking a detail oriented and experienced HRIS Analyst. The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing processes through the Dayforce platform, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with regulations. This role will collaborate cross functionally (Finance, HR, and IT) to enhance system optimization and resolve issues.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
System Management:
Serve as the subject matter expert for Dayforce modules – Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance Management, Payroll, Benefits and Compensation, and Workforce Management while maintaining system functionality.
- Configure, test, and maintain Dayforce for day-to-day operations and system enhancements
- Create, modify and maintain business process workflows in Dayforce through collaboration with internal business stakeholders
- Provides creative solutions to Dayforce system challenges and communicates in partnership with internal business stakeholders.
Payroll Management
- Management and execution of payroll cycle
- Manage relationship with Dayforce Managed Services team
- Submits tickets to Dayforce support when needed, ensuring timely follow up and issue resolution
Reporting:
- Develop and generate customized reporting that supports the business’ needs, in addition to specific compliance reporting requirements
- Perform routine and ad-hoc data analysis, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards
System Improvements and Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes and system functionality
- Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams to design and implement system upgrades, process improvements, and new functionalities
- Assist in testing new system functionalities or enhancements before deployment
Employee Support:
- Provide training and guidance on the use of Dayforce to the HR, Finance and Information Solutions teams. Support new DF system enhancements and business initiatives by creating and/or work with training to develop training content materials
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Finance, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in payroll and HRIS systems
• Specific experience using Dayforce highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in using Dayforce for data management, and reporting.
• Experience with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements in an HRIS environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information
Preferred Skills:
• Dayforce HRIS certification or advanced training.
• Knowledge of Dayforce modules - Onboarding, Payroll, Performance Management Benefits, Compensation and Talent Acquisition.
