Minnkota Power Cooperative is seeking a highly skilled Plant Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for coordinating the preparation of construction drawings and specifications for plant process equipment, designing and installing new and replacement equipment, working with consultants and contractors to accomplish engineering objectives, and troubleshooting existing systems with operations and maintenance to resolve safety or production problems.
A degree in Mechanical Engineering is required, but other related education will be considered. Previous experience in an industrial setting is preferred but not necessary.
