Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Plant Engineer to join our team at the Milton R. Young Station. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and installing new and replacement equipment, working with consultants and contractors to accomplish engineering objectives, and troubleshooting existing systems with operations and maintenance to resolve safety or production problems with engineered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the preparation of construction drawings and specifications for plant process equipment
* Design and installation of new and replacement equipment
* Work with consultants and contractors as necessary to accomplish engineering objectives
* Troubleshoot existing systems with operations and maintenance to resolve safety or production problems with engineered solutions
Requirements
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or other related education)
* Previous experience in an industrial setting (preferred but not necessary)
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
