Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Engineer Reliability or Plant Specialist Reliability to join our team at the Milton R. Young Station. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our coal-fired power plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve equipment issues
- Oversee the change management program to ensure seamless transitions
- Optimize work practices to improve productivity and reduce risks
- Analyze plant data to provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in an industrial setting with a focus on reliability and rotating equipment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
