About The Role
The Customer Relations Coordinator is a vital player on our operations team, ensuring all the moving parts come together seamlessly. If you're a super-organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves the thrill of keeping everything on track, this role is perfect for you! You'll need top-notch communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effortlessly with others. Get ready to dive in and make a real impact!

In any operations role, there are many working parts and every day is likely to look different from the next but here are a few of the top responsibilities we're looking for:
Our Ops team is small but mighty. The Customer Relations Coordinator role will report into the Supply Chain Director of North America. Although the entire team is remote we are a very close knit bunch. We truly believe in our product and know how to speak the language of coffee. We like to build lasting relationships within our team as well as with our customers.

This role is fully remote and functions on a work schedule of Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Scheduling and coordinating pickups and deliveries with 3rd party warehouses carriers customers.
- Entering and communicating sales orders Sample orders in ERP Chat tool
- Facilitating Ecommerce orders, processes and relationships, including Amazon
- Fielding customer feedback from website inquiries and social media
- Compiling customer feedback data to inform company strategy
- Partnering with Global Marketing team on company messaging
- Escalating customer feedback to the appropriate departments
