What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Sales Associate (COMMISSION PAY) position at Minot Hot Tots Baseball Team?
The Minot Hot Tots & Minot Honeybees are offering an INCREDIBLE opportunity for an energetic, resilient, and hard working individual who wants to be part of something bigger than themselves. This person would be responsible for calling, selling and servicing ticket accounts, with unlimited potential income.
Who We Are
The Minot Hot Tots were founded in 2023 by Monica Hocking, the first-ever female owner in the Northwoods League, along with an incredible ownership team with over 10 years of experience in the NWL. We deliver innovative, all-inclusive baseball experiences that SELL OUT games and build strong connections between fans, players, and the community.
Before the Hot Tots, Corbett Field had not sold out in almost 30 years. In their very first season, the Hot Tots sold out seven games—nearly doubling that in their second season with 13 sellouts.
Our mission: We’re FANATICAL about FUN, and we believe that when FUN is done differently, it creates core memories, lifelong fans, and a stronger community.
STAND OUT. SELL OUT. GIVE BACK.
In 2024, we also launched the Minot Honeybees, a summer collegiate softball team in the Northwoods League. As an intern, you'll have a one-of-a-kind opportunity to work with both teams, learning how we stay connected to our community while bringing EPIC ideas and EPIC excitement to everything we do.
What does EPIC mean?
- Experience Obsessed – We are OBSESSED with making sure every experience—from ticket sale to the moment fans walk out of the gates—is the BEST in the state. Flawless execution, standout service, and rich storytelling define us.
- Positive Energy – Our positive energy is felt in every interaction we have.
- Innovating Constantly – We learn from our mistakes and take every failure as an opportunity to improve. We celebrate wins, refine processes, and keep innovating.
- Community Rooted – Everything we do, from ticketing to marketing to how we show up on the weekends, must benefit our community—or we simply don’t do it.
