The Minot Hot Tots & Honeybees are seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and reliable Concessions Workers to join our team for the baseball season! As a Concessions Worker, you will be responsible for preparing, serving, and selling food and beverages to our fans during home games and events. You’ll play an important role in creating a positive and exciting atmosphere at the ballpark, ensuring that our fans enjoy delicious food and refreshing drinks while cheering on their favorite team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare and assemble food and beverages, including hot dogs, burgers, snacks, and drinks, following standard recipes and food safety procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by interacting with fans in a friendly and professional manner. Take food orders, answer questions, and ensure customers have a great experience.
- Cash Handling: Accurately process cash, credit, and mobile payments for food and beverage purchases. Provide correct change and issue receipts as needed.
- Food Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of workstations, food prep areas, and equipment. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure safe food handling and storage.
- Maintain Efficient Service: Work in a fast-paced environment to serve large crowds efficiently.
- End-of-Shift Cleanup: Help clean and break down your station at the end of each shift, disposing of trash, wiping down surfaces, and properly storing leftover items.
Qualifications:
- Customer-Oriented: Must have a friendly, approachable demeanor and enjoy interacting with fans of all ages, making sure they feel welcomed and valued.
- Multitasking Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, including taking orders, preparing food, and maintaining a clean station.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow food safety guidelines, serve accurate orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the baseball season, especially on game days.
