The Minot Hot Tots & Honeybees are seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable individuals to join our Game Day Staff team for the baseball season. As part of our game day operations, you will be on the front lines, ensuring that every fan has an exciting, memorable experience. From assisting with buffet line operations to monitoring our Family Fun Zone, you’ll play a key role in creating the electric atmosphere at every home game. If you're passionate about baseball and love interacting with fans, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Fan Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting fans with seating, directions, and any general inquiries about the ballpark or game.
- Food and Beverage Support: Assist with the food and beverages operations as a buffet attendant or a runner. Ensure that products are stocked and available for fans throughout the game.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure that the stadium and surrounding areas remain clean and presentable. Help with minor clean-up, including emptying trash bins, picking up litter, and tidying restrooms or common areas.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members, including security, concessions, and operations, to ensure the event runs smoothly from start to finish.
