The Minot Hot Tots & Honeybees are seeking an energetic, charismatic, and engaging On-Field Host to bring excitement to our fans and create an unforgettable in-game experience at our baseball games. As the On-Field Host, you will be the face of the team on the field, interacting with fans, leading crowd participation activities, and ensuring that every event is fun, high-energy, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Game-Day Hosting: Serve as the on-field host during home games, leading in-game promotions, contests, and fan engagement activities to keep the crowd entertained.
- Fan Interaction: Engage with fans on and off the field, maintaining a fun and positive atmosphere. This includes leading chants, crowd participation games, and player introductions.
- Promotions & Sponsorships: Actively promote team sponsors through creative activities and sponsor-driven content during games and events.
- Team Communication: Work closely with the game-day operations and marketing teams to ensure that all promotions are executed seamlessly.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent the Minot Hot Tots & Honeybees brand in a professional and enthusiastic manner, both on and off the field, engaging with fans on social media when needed.
Qualifications:
- Energetic and Personable: Must have a lively and dynamic personality that can captivate large crowds and keep them engaged throughout the game.
- Strong Communication Skills: Must be comfortable speaking in front of crowds, on the microphone, and engaging fans of all ages.
- Passion for Sports & Entertainment: A genuine love for baseball and the live-event atmosphere is a must!
- Previous Hosting or Public Speaking Experience: While not required, any prior experience in hosting, broadcasting, or performing in front of live audiences is a big plus.
- Flexibility & Availability: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the baseball season.
- Team Player: Strong ability to collaborate with other staff members, including the game-day operations team, to ensure a seamless fan experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations or crowd dynamics.
- Comfortable with basic technology and live event production tools (microphones, wireless headsets, etc.).
