Overview: The Minot Hot Tots & Honeybees are looking for energetic, friendly, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Wristbanders. In this role, you’ll be responsible for distributing wristbands to fans for special access areas during home games. If you’re someone who enjoys interacting with fans, staying organized, and contributing to a smooth and fun game-day experience, this is the perfect position for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Wristband Distribution: Distribute wristbands to fans for special access areas. Ensure that all wristbands are properly applied and given to the correct individuals.
- Age Verification: Check IDs to verify the legal drinking age for fans needing access to beer or alcohol areas, ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations.
- Customer Service: Greet fans warmly and provide clear instructions on wristband usage, helping them understand any event-specific guidelines.
- Maintain Accuracy: Keep track of wristband distribution and ensure that the correct wristbands are given to the appropriate guests based on access requirements.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce the responsible distribution of wristbands, particularly in ensuring that alcohol-related wristbands are only given to individuals who are of legal drinking age.
Qualifications:
- Friendly and Personable: Must have a positive attitude and enjoy interacting with fans, making their experience enjoyable and welcoming.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately verify IDs, apply wristbands, and ensure the right guests receive the appropriate access.
