TITLE : Admissions / Ticket Sales / Gift Shop
GENERAL PURPOSE : Position works directly with Zoo Staff to ensure daily operating of admissions and gift shop runs smoothly. The work atmosphere is comfortable, relaxed and unpredictable.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Answer customer questions regarding Roosevelt Park Zoo
- Answer phones and direct traffic on weekends.
- Take daily ticket sales, stroller / wagon rental, and sell membership passes for MZC
- Operate and balance cash register
- Cleaning and maintaining strollers, admissions counter, Visitor Center entry and bathrooms
- Stocking and organization of gift shop area
- Track daily traffic and create accurate attendance records.
- Provide assistance in other areas of the Zoo as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.
