- Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking stations and equipment.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and ingredient stocking.
Requirements:
- Previous baking experience in a commercial kitchen or bakery preferred.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety procedures.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
