Position Overview:
As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your passion for coffee and customer service will help ensure a positive experience for every guest.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, to customer specifications.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and taking orders in a friendly manner.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating area.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of coffee beans and other supplies.
- Assist with cash register duties, including processing transactions and handling payments.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a customer service role preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
