Position Overview:
As a Custodial Services Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for our clients. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will make you a key part of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and company standards to ensure a secure working environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of custodial or janitorial experience.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Ability to lift up to [weight, e.g., 25 lbs] and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
