System Information Specialist
This position requires US Citizenship or Green Card Holder Status, we are not able to sponsor***. This position will be out of Peachtree Corners, GA and will involve travel primarily domestically and some internationally.
Manage activities aimed at delivery IT services and guaranteeing support to the different areas of the company, responding to user demands in terms of technological infrastructure and communications, ensuring the operation and continuity of the business.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Carry out the acquisition, delivery and reception of computer and communications equipment to new collaborators, in coordination with internal areas and projects.
Coordinate the management of incidents and requirements, follow-up, and closure of cases.
Manage the proper functioning of computer equipment and information systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- In-depth understanding of computer hardware and software, shown by receipt of certification, license, degree, or other comparable method.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Associate degree or greater, preferably in IT
- Certifications preferred; Comp TIA A , MTA, MCSA/MCSE, ITIL, CCNA, CCNP, helpful
- Design, installation, and maintenance of LAN/WAN
- 5 years of related work experience
- MS365, Cisco Experience
- Requires occasional travel domestic/international, as needed.
- Bilingual Preferred.
