Responsibilities:
-Schedule Expeditor Team
-Train new Expeditors
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer concerns or requests promptly and professionally
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
-Run food to tables
-Stock inventory as needed
-Move incoming packages
-Help with restaurant setup
-Help with additional cleaning projects
-Assist with rolling silverware
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Familiarity with food preparation and handling techniques is a plus
- Knowledge of basic culinary terminology and practices is beneficial
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work in different areas of the restaurant, including banquets if needed
