What You’ll Do
Run the kitchen like a pro—prep, cook, plate, repeat
Lead, inspire, and mentor our kitchen crew with confidence and skill
Keep quality sky-high while managing food and labor costs like a boss
Troubleshoot and keep the flow smooth during busy service (seating up to 125)
Ensure the kitchen stays sparkling clean and up to code
Source the best ingredients and maintain awesome vendor relationships
Collaborate with executive chef and ownership to shape the vision and menu
