Mint Cannabis is seeking an experienced Key Holder to support the daily operations of our retail dispensary. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and a deep commitment to team success. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, maintaining high standards of customer service, and supporting team development.
What You Will Do
- Open and close the dispensary, ensuring all operational procedures are followed.
- Maintain high-quality customer service by enforcing company standards and addressing patient inquiries or concerns.
- Assist patients with selecting products that meet their needs while ensuring compliance with allotment regulations.
- Support ongoing training of team members in store operations, product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
- Organize and display products to maximize sales, maintain signage, and ensure product quality.
- Supervise daily cleaning, organization, and stockroom operations.
- Delegate tasks effectively and provide positive, constructive coaching to team members.
- Monitor and track attendance, performance, and adherence to company policies.
- Communicate team feedback to the Assistant Store Manager and/or Store Manager.
- Promote and model Mint Cannabis’s Core Values and maintain a positive store culture.
Daily Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Supervise breaks, lunches, and task delegation.
- Oversee product displays, organization, and cleanliness.
- Verify patient allotments and compliance with purchasing regulations.
- Support management in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and compliant retail environment.
What Qualifications Do You Have?
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or a related field.
Capabilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods (3 hours).
- Proficiency in operating POS/register systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 35 lbs.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company and/or the Arizona Department of Health Services.
- Valid Arizona Identification.
Job Details
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts with flexibility for day, night, weekend, and holiday availability.
- Location: Onsite at 15325 W Dysart Rd., El Mirage, AZ.
- Salary: $15–$17 per hour
- FLSA Status: Non-exempt
- Reports to: General Manager
