Full Job Description
Mint Cannabis is seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property by observing and reporting activities and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:- Patrol Duties:
- Regular patrols of the premises are conducted to deter and detect signs of criminal activity or breaches in security.
- Access Control:
- Provides and implements security and security protocols for all assigned facilities and information systems.
- Incident Response:
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and provide first aid if necessary.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting patients and employees, addressing their concerns, and providing directions as needed.
- Enforcement:
- Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Applicant must be twenty-one (21) years of age
- Must consent to a criminal background check
- Valid Identification
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in security
- Physical Requirments:
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
- Ability to travel between store locations
