Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy
- Maintain proper stock levels and reorder materials as needed
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas
- Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to optimize inventory control procedures
- Identify and report discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts
- Assist in implementing inventory control measures to reduce loss and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues promptly
- Assist with product labeling, barcoding, and tagging as necessary
- Perform regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accurate stock levels
- Update inventory records in the database accurately and promptly
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or low stock situations to the Inventory Manager
- Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas following company standards
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments, ensuring correct items and quantities are packed
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
Requirements
- 21 years or older
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
