Full Job Description

Mint Cannabis is seeking an experienced  a friendly and enthusiastic Dispensary Host to join our team. This role requires an individual who enjoys interacting with people and can stand for long periods. As a Dispensary Host, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a crucial role in ensuring they have a positive experience.

Our ideal candidate will infuse their position with abundant energy and enthusiasm every day. They should be driven by a desire to collaborate within a team, to grow, and to bring joyous excitement to every customer who enters our doors. This role is most suitable for someone who views each day as an opportunity to bring smiles to others. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Engagement and Hospitality:
  • Develop and manage program plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings.
  • Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Ensure all projects within the program are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Queue Management:
  • Distribute preroll cards and answer any questions if there is a long line.

• Utilize the Host iPad:
  • Efficiently use the iPad to manage patient information and updates.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met.

• Bubbly Welcoming Personality:
  • Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Customer Guidance:
  • Assist customers in the lobby by directing them to the appropriate line for Online Orders or Walk-Ins.
• Team Coordination:
  • Understand the strengths of our budtenders to guide patients to the most suitable person for their needs.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in hosting, hospitality, greeter
• Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Basic proficiency with using an iPad or similar devices.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Onsite
