Full Job Description
Mint Cannabis seeks an experienced, diligent, and detail-oriented Product Assembly and Packaging Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be crucial in ensuring our products' efficient assembly and meticulous packaging. This position requires precision, organization, and a commitment to quality to uphold our company standards and meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Duties:
- Coordinates with management to ensure proper, compliant, and efficient product assembly and packaging
- Performs weighing, assembly, packaging, and labeling of products
- Provides processing and assembly equipment maintenance, restocks all assembly and packaging supplies, and maintains a clean, safe, and compliant work area.
- Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts.
- Labeling/Packaging/Bundling product
- Gramming concentrates
- Filling cartridges
- Gramming eighth jars and 1/4oz jars
- Coordinates with management to ensure proper, compliant, and efficient product assembly and packaging
- Participate in facility cleaning.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in packaging
Location: Onsite - Warren,MI
Salary: $15-16/ Hourly
