Mint Cannabis is seeking ambitious, motivated Retail Leads to join our team at our Mesa location! This role is ideal for those who want to play a vital role in cannabis retail operations, ensure excellent customer service, and inspire a team in a fast-growing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispensary Operations: Responsible for opening and closing the dispensary as scheduled, ensuring all operational tasks run seamlessly for an efficient and compliant environment.
- Customer Experience: Provide top-quality, compassionate customer service by assisting patients in selecting cannabis products that suit their needs while handling inquiries and concerns.
- Product Knowledge and Compliance: Verify patient allotments and adhere to state regulations and dispensary standards to ensure safe and legal sales.
- Team Leadership: Support store management by training, supervising, and delegating tasks to team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.
- Inventory and Merchandising: Oversee product displays, maintain accurate store signage, and ensure all inventory is stocked, fresh, and presented attractively to drive sales.
- Store Cleanliness: Coordinate daily cleaning and organize stockrooms to ensure a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
- Professional Development: Engage in ongoing education and training to stay informed about cannabis industry trends, products, and Mint Cannabis protocols.
- Employee Development: Assist in coaching and providing feedback on attendance, performance, and adherence to company values using designated tracking systems.
- Mint Cannabis Culture: Uphold and communicate Mint Cannabis’ core values, contributing to a positive, inclusive, and forward-thinking culture.
Qualifications:
- Schedule Flexibility: Available for a full-time schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Background Check: Consent to a criminal background check as required by the Arizona Department of Health Services.
- Customer Service and Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively assist patients and collaborate with team members.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods (3 hours) during shifts.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using computer systems, including POS/register, keyboards, and scanners.
- Attendance: Strong record of reliable attendance.

Salary: $36,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year
