We want to expand our dedicated team to continue promoting our growth and business needs! “Here We Grow” Full Job Description Mint Cannabis is seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property by observing and reporting activities and ensuring compliance with security protocols. Key Responsibilities : Patrol Duties : Regular patrols of the premises are conducted to deter and detect signs of criminal activity or breaches in security. Access Control : Provides and implements security and security protocols for all assigned facilities and information systems. Incident Response : Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and provide first aid if necessary. Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service by assisting patients and employees, addressing their concerns, and providing directions as needed. Enforcement : Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment. Qualifications : Required : Applicant must be twenty-one (21) years of age Must consent to a criminal background check Valid Identification Education : High school diploma or equivalent required Experience : Minimum of 1 year experience in security Physical Requirments : Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
