Job Summary:

The support retail lead is a great opportunity for passionate cannabis industry professionals looking for an opportunity to grow. This ideal team member for this role is someone who may not have a background in leadership but has experience in the cannabis industry. Someone seeking leadership development in the cannabis industry, with little to no previous experience in leadership, but has transferrable skills for growth!

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Supporting Retail lead, Store Manager, and Assistant Store Manager on shifts with sales associate sales coaching, and day-to-day retail responsibilities
  
  

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Supporting coupon codes, bag checks, and employee check-outs
• Exposure to handling customer concerns, to be led into developing decision-making skills.
• Opening and closing the store with another member of the leadership team
• AIC assigned,
• Assistant in inventory control, from merchandising to supporting the back of the house with deliveries and Metrc
• Responsible for supporting day-to-day opening and closing operational tasks.
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Dutchie experience
• Cash handling experience
• Customer service experience
• Sales experience
  
  

Education and Experience:

• At least two years of related experience is required
• Prolonged periods of sitting standing
• Must be able to up to 25lbs
  
  

Schedule Requirements:

• Weekdays/Weekends
• Holidays
• Part-time available.
• Business Hours
• Monday - Sunday 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM (Last shift ends at midnight)

Pay Rate/Type: $18.00 - $19.00 DOE Non-Exempt
