We need an Office Manager who is ready to elevate our practice and help us grow. Here’s the ideal candidate :

Organized and Systems-Driven : You can create and implement systems that don’t rely on specific individuals. Your focus is on sustainability, efficiency, and streamlined operations.

Scheduling Pro and Productivity Maximizer : You’ll be a master of running an efficient schedule, maximizing productivity in our appointment book, and ensuring our team members are working at their highest potential. You know how to prioritize needs, balance the schedule, and ensure no time goes wasted.

Assertive & Eloquent : You are not afraid to have tough conversations with team members and patients when necessary, but you always do so with grace and professionalism.

Empathetic & a Great Communicator : You understand the value of listening and speaking with empathy. You build trust and relationships with our patients and staff, creating a welcoming environment.

Positive & Flexible : You always look for the good in situations, encouraging others to do the same. You’re open-minded, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve processes and procedures.

Experienced in Hospitality or Management : Whether from a restaurant background or the hospitality industry, you understand the importance of creating a remarkable experience. You’ll bring this experience to our dental office, where we believe in catering to our clients and making them feel at ease.

What You’ll Do :

• Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Develop and implement systems that make the practice run seamlessly, improving both team productivity and patient experience.
• Run an efficient and productive schedule, ensuring optimal time utilization and helping maximize the team’s potential.
• Prioritize tasks and delegate effectively to create a cohesive, results-driven team.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and results-driven work culture.
• Lead and mentor the team, ensuring that everyone is aligned with our mission of delivering exceptional care and service.
• Address patient concerns and ensure an outstanding, stress-free experience for everyone who walks through our door.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve and refine our processes.
