This position will primarily office at our IT support facility in North Dallas, but may also partially office in our corporate headquarters at 901 Main Dallas Texas.

MINT Dentistry seeks an experienced Microsoft-based Systems Administrator and Manager. The IT Systems and Support Manager is responsible for the clinic and Corporate IT infrastructure management, as well as the IT support team management for all MINT Dentistry end users and branch office locations (100 ). This is a Microsoft-based infrastructure position primarily, with point SAAS solutions and a supplemental AWS hook. This position will work with and be a peer to our Applications Support Manager and application support team, as well as reporting to the Director of Network and Infrastructure to create a 100% uptime and secure environment for our dental professionals.

Job Requirements, Manage-
- Windows Server, Dell infrastructure (approximately 100 Servers, 10 VM). Servers are located across our clinic network and in several small data center Colo facilities;
- Performance Monitoring leveraging SAAS and custom scripts
- Maintenance / Repair: Servers, Laptops, PC’s
- Updates: Software, Hardware, Security
- Real-time backup solution - Local and Cloud
- Monitoring/Updates/Restoration upon request
- MS Active Directory maintenance and management
- Maintenance - Ongoing
- Updates - Adds/Removes/Scripts
- Security - Security First
- Ticket queue / support team queue
- Team (5) of multi-state based IT technicians: Hire/Train/Develop
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation
- Fleet of laptops - Dell - 200 units
- Update/Maintain IT Security at Server and PC level (endpoint protection, software updates, etc)
- Manage AI-Based AV solution deployment, alert responses
- Support Radiology equipment integration to PC/Server (with vendor support)
- Security camera systems (centralized)
- Lead implementation of IT within new facilities from planning to implementation
- Develop and Update Policies, Procedures, and Processes
- Manage and Oversee IT inventory

Successful Candidate Will Have-
- Security first mentality, Understand advanced IT security concepts
- 5-10 years experience in IT
- 2 years experience personnel management
- 4 Year degree preferred but not required
- 4 years experience with MS windows server management
- Experience with MS Hyper-V
- Experience with SAN/NAS technologies
- RAID understanding / experience
- Previous experience with backup software (local or cloud)
- Experience with system(s) monitoring
- Experience with SD-WAN infrastructure a plus, but not required
- Scripting experience
- Strong work ethic
