What You’ll Do:
- Greet Customers with a Smile: Be the first friendly face customers see, creating a warm and welcoming experience.
- Be a Product Expert: Know our services inside and out. Use this expertise to answer customer questions and be ready to explain features and benefits to customers.
- Recommend the Best Options: Assess customers' needs and recommend the ideal services for their vehicle.
- Sell Monthly Memberships: Promote and sell our convenient monthly car wash memberships to keep cars shining year-round.
- Keep the Lobby Spotless: Ensure the lobby area is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming for customers to enjoy during their visit.
