We’re a fun and vibrant five-year-old dental practice located in the heart of downtown Mint Hill, North Carolina, and we’re looking for an awesome full-time team member to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves helping others, thrives in a team environment, and enjoys a good challenge (while having fun along the way)!

What you’ll be doing:

✨ Making Connections – You’ll be the first voice patients hear when they call, so your friendly and empathetic approach will set the tone for their entire experience. You’ll also communicate through email, text, and even good old-fashioned snail mail – whatever it takes to help our patients feel valued!

✨ Keeping Things Running Smoothly – You’ll manage the schedule for our awesome doctors and hygienists, ensuring it stays full and running like a well-oiled machine. That means proactively reaching out to patients with unscheduled treatment, minimizing same-day cancellations, and helping everyone understand the importance of their care.

✨ Creating Memorable Experiences – Our goal is for each patient to have a personal, positive, and unique experience every time they interact with us – and you’ll play a huge part in making that happen.

This position will also be located in a dedicated administrative office across the street from the dental office.

**Previous high level customer service/phone sales experience preferred**

Candidates without prior dental nor sales experience typically will start at the lower end of the pay range listed, however, team members are eligible to participate in our salary increase program that is based on tangible skill attainment and program completion! In addition, we have created a monthly incentive program where team members earn additional compensation based on value they’ve added to the business during that specific month.
