Patient Experience Coordinator (Marketing)

In this brand-new role, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring our patients—both new and existing—feel welcomed and valued, all while finding fresh, creative ways to keep our practice engaged in the local community.

From organizing fun events like the Mint Hill Smiles participation in the Scarecrow Contest and the Mint Hill Christmas Parade to planning impactful Implant Seminars at local Cresswind locations, this role gives you the chance to shine as the primary organizer of all our ground marketing events. You’ll be the driving force behind helping us connect with and give back to the community, all while amplifying the patient experience.

**Previous high level customer service/marketing experience preferred**

We are a five year old general dental practice located in downtown Mint Hill, North Carolina. Our practice uses Open Dental practice management software, primarily paperless patient forms, online scheduling, and automated patient reminder and recall systems. We expect our team members to communicate well on the phone and in person to connect with each of our patients on a personal level so we are able to create a positive, unique, and memorable experience for each patient that interacts with us!

Candidates without prior dental nor sales experience typically will start at the lower end of the pay range listed, however, team members are eligible to participate in our salary increase program that is based on tangible skill attainment and program completion! In addition, we have created a monthly incentive program where team members earn additional compensation based on value they’ve added to the business during that specific month.
