Overview:

As a Sales Specialist at Mint Home, your main goal is to convert inbound leads into happy, satisfied customers while ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish. You’ll use your sales expertise to clearly communicate Mint Home’s value, understand customer needs, and customize solutions to meet those needs. In addition to driving sales, you’ll be instrumental in building lasting relationships, addressing customer concerns, and providing continuous support to enhance their overall experience with us.


Responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound leads via phone, email, and text, providing expert guidance through the HVAC buying process.
  • Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and offering tailored product recommendations that align with their unique requirements.
  • Build trust and rapport with potential customers by providing clear, transparent information and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Proactively follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel to ensure continued engagement.
  • Close sales by effectively communicating Mint Home’s value, clearly explaining benefits, and overcoming objections.
  • Work closely with homeowners to understand their HVAC needs and deliver personalized solutions that best meet their requirements.
  • Convert leads into loyal customers by offering a seamless, easy-to-understand experience from start to finish.
  • Manage and track a pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-up and steady progress through the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to installation, creating a seamless experience for customers.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors, using insights to inform sales strategies and continuously improve our approach.

  • Requirements:

    • 2-4 years of experience in inside B2C sales with a proven track record of success in meeting and/or exceeding sales targets in a high-paced environment
    • Highly self-motivated capable of thriving while working independently
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust with customers and clearly and confidently convey product benefits and address customer concerns.
    • Have exceptional organizational skills, prioritize multiple priorities effectively, Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks efficiently.
    • Knowledge of HVAC preferred 
    • Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable attitude.
    • Experience using CRM software to track leads and activities.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
