MINT MOBILE is seeking a talented Director, Digital Experience to join the Marketing Team ! Individual reports to AVP, eCommerce. Role is remote - must reside in the United States.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Director of Digital Experience is accountable for conversion rate and driving sales through site experimentation KPIs on MintMobile.com. This role has direct accountability for the performance of the purchase funnel on MintMobile.com, including the optimization program (A / B tests), building new digital experiences for product launches, and launching sitewide promotions that will maximize sales and performance.
This role reports directly to the AVP of eCommerce, and works closely with counterparts in Brand Marketing, Creative Services, Engineering, and Product Management.
Your usual day of awesomeness includes :
- Leads the A / B testing program in the core sales funnel of MintMobile.com, including managing the CRO agency.
- Oversees the development and communication of the core MintMobile.com eCommerce funnel, ensuring that we have an eye on the future and are pushing the envelope to create innovative, high-performing digital sales experiences.
- Partners with the AVP of eCommerce to set performance KPIs and publish a quarterly roadmap to achieve and exceed these goals.
- Collaborates with other Marketing team leads to prioritize cross-domain work.
- Builds relationships with key partners in Marketing, Data Analytics, Engineering, and Product groups.
- Keep key stakeholders informed of roadmap plans and update plans as business priorities change.
- Ensures an excellent digital customer experience through customer-centric design, content, navigation, architecture, branding, performance, and functionality.
- Makes sure engineering resources are focused on the highest opportunity projects.

In support of the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the range of starting pay for this role is $140,000 - $170,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. We also offer a variety of benefits including health, disability insurance, 401 (k), flexible spending accounts, EAP, education reimbursement, parental leave, unlimited vacation, bonuses, and company paid holidays.
