MINT MOBILE is seeking a talented Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to join the Strategy & Analysis Team ! Individual reports to Director, FP&A and Strategy. Role is remote - must reside in the United States.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A you will be responsible for providing analytical support for the Mint brand in the FP&A process. You will play a crucial role in tracking & reporting financial performance by brand / business unit and distill key drivers of results into useful insights to support strategic business decisions. This position requires strong financial acumen, keen analytical skills, the highest standard of accuracy and organization, and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to other members of the finance team and across the organization.

- Support the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analytics at the business unit level.
- Monitor financial KPIs, track performance against targets, and assist in providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify and implement process efficiencies, improve data integrity, and improve the quality of forecasts.

In support of the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the range of starting pay for this role is $110,000 - $115,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. We also offer a variety of benefits including health, disability insurance, 401 (k), flexible spending accounts, EAP, education reimbursement, parental leave, unlimited vacation, bonuses, and company paid holidays.
