- Maintaining knowledge of landscaping trends, materials, and best practices.
- Collaborating with the sales and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handling customer complaints and working towards effective resolutions.
- Updating the system records with details of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Requirements
- 1 years of previous customer service experience required (landscaping, home improvement, or related industry preferred).
- Sales experience, preferably in landscaping or related field.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping materials, plants, and outdoor maintenance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, LMN, and Google Docs.
- Friendly, professional, and self-motivated with a team-oriented attitude.
