Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Scheduler to join our team. The Production Scheduler will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient planning and scheduling of production activities to meet operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage production schedules to ensure 100% on-time delivery for all customer orders.
- Analyze sales order releases for capacity planning and material requirements, and work closely with manufacturing and purchasing teams to manage material status and resolve production planning issues.
- Expedite and prioritize job orders alongside Project Managers, ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
- Lead and manage weekly production scheduling meetings to keep all stakeholders aligned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
