Job Title : Operations executive
Location : Edison, NJ (Onsite)
Type : Full-time (Permanent )
Key Responsibilities :
This position has supervisory duties and is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational and financial aspects of the company.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Develop and implement scalable processes to ensure operational efficiency, financial discipline, and cost containment across all departments.
Review and track Accounts Payable for accuracy and financial efficiency.
Ensure full utilization and integration of technology in all departments, identifying and implementing new programs where appropriate.
Assist in managing and directing daily clinical operations, including staffing, payroll, and intake departments.
Oversee contracting, including contract development and negotiation with all ancillary vendors, ensuring compliance, and managing relationships with managed care organizations as needed.
Manage staff education and training.
Oversee and continuously improve employee, patient, and family satisfaction programs.
Develop and manage the new and ancillary clinical offerings to expand services and enhance patient care.
Oversee tablet support and ensure seamless technology integration for patient care.
Ensure best practices are implemented in all job functions, reinforcing a culture of excellence and regulatory compliance.
Maintain confidentiality regarding patients, staff, and company operations.
Senior Leadership Team Responsibilities
Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute the company's strategic plan, annual budget, and special projects.
Qualifications :
A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare or related sectors.
Proven experience in driving business growth, operational excellence, and customer-centric strategies in a human services company.
MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulatory environments.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions and inspire teams.
