What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher/Administrator position at MINUTE MAN SERVICES?
OVERVIEW
- Minuteman services is hiring for a new position ; administrative technician ! We need someone to help us with administrative duties in check!! We are looking for someone that loves to and is motivated to keep all the administrative duties in check for a small service based business that’s on the rise! KEEP IN MIND, this is not just a desk position. This person needs to be able to problem solve small issues, have a handle on using software, and be able to express creativity and critical thinking skills. This person should ; be very good socially and ENJOY social interaction, seek to have a positive impact on local community, care about and prioritize coming to work more than the average person, be organized and able to keep track of and see tasks through to completion, and not let change of plans or sudden changes of events effect attitude or motivation. We have operating procedures and a game plan built, and are READY to hire. Pay is 18-24 / hr DOE with a m-f full time schedule working around 9 hours / day with opportunities to grow with our company. EXAMPLES OF COMMON JOB DUTIES
- Handles, monitors, and adjusts scheduling of field techs for average jobs and bids
- handles incoming phone call and virtual leads as well as customer engagement on all virtual platforms and explain operating / pricing procedures to incoming leads.
- Assist customers and homeowners with basic questions / scenarios. Dispatch or delegate them to other team members when they cannot be solved over the phone
- forecast and account for upcoming possible scheduling conflicts with field technicians
- Listen to / discover and document incoming operations problems and delegate them to team leaders or other team members.
- management over customer service plans and implementations of plans to each job
- perform and see through administrative processes for high priority / recurring customers
- Perform and see through administrative processes for rebating and energy assistance programs to customers
- Apply for and manage MEP permitting needs through government entities for company
