What You'll Do
- Footage Management & Syncing: Import, sync, and transcode raw footage from various camera formats (RED, ARRI, Sony, Canon) into appropriate proxies (DNxHD, ProRes, H.264).
- Project & Template Organization: Assemble footage, organize editorial projects on cloud-based servers, and maintain templates and third-party vendor libraries.
- Title & End Card Creation: Design simple titles and end cards for projects.
- Music & Transcription: Select music, track cue sheets, and coordinate transcription services (e.g., Rev.com) for smoother post-production.
- Frame.io & Drive Management: Manage Frame.io accounts and project folders; oversee drive recycling and hard drive tracking.
- Collaboration & External Editing: Liaise with external editors to ensure project specs are met and troubleshoot any issues.

- Most days you will have the flexibility to work remotely or from the office, whichever you choose.
- The Creative Strategy & Production Operations team works from the office 1-2 days a week for collaboration
Requirements
What You Have:
- 2 years of experience working in video, specifically sponsored or commercial content.
- Technical proficiency with a variety of camera formats (RED, ARRI, Sony, Canon, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Premiere Pro (or other non-linear editing software); familiarity with After Effects and Lucidlink is a plus
- Passion for branded content creation with strong communication skills and the ability to give/receive feedback.
- Thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Adaptable to changing schedules and plans, with high self-awareness and accountability
