What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrator position at Minute Men Staffing?
· Collect, review, audit and complete shift production documentation
· Review succeeding day’s production schedule, and generate appropriate documentation to distribute to production supervisors
· Assist in the process of closing daily production work orders
· Compile affected data and produce and disseminate daily production metric reports
· File, organize, and monitor production associate training records
· Meet and greet all guests in monitoring entry door. Maintain company guest log
· Assist in the onboarding process of new hire associates, facilitating training of new team members to decrease turnover and the necessary learning curve for successful contribution to the team
· Monitor employee call-in line and disseminate absenteeism or tardiness occurrences to production supervisors. Subsequently, monitor employee attendance records and coordinate with supervisors when a given employee has violated company attendance policy
· Submit purchase order requests for production related materials
· Maintain the inventory of production related supplies and materials, ensuring levels of supply are held above the safety limit. In turn, ensure supply office sustains 5S standards
· Review employee timeclock reports to ensure accuracy; editing as needed for corrections
· Display proficiency using MS Office: MRP/ERP system experience is a plus
· Strong aptitude in mathematics
· Skillful communicator with the ability to work with other departments
· Can employ analytical thought process to resolving issues
· Employ a sense of urgency and be able to multi-task
· Able to work flexible hours, including some weekends and extended shifts to support production as needed
