What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembler position at Minute Men Staffing?
This position is eligible for a $500.00 hiring/retention bonus! This position is eligible for $100/month attendance bonus!
Hours: M-Th 6:00am-3:15pm; F 6:00am-12:00pm
Starting Pay: $17.00/hr. |
Responsibilities/ Principal Duties:
- Identify and read values, polarity, and orientation of thru-hole components.
- Identify orientation and polarity of components according to the printed circuit board for thru-hole.
- Ability to read assembly drawings to identify part numbers for assembly.
- Basic understanding of the IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards.
- Utilize basic equipment.
- Utilize specialized equipment and/or machines as specified by management.
- Assist in the training of other assemblers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
