We are hiring a Community Association Manager to oversee a portfolio of 10 to 20 condominium and homeowner’s associations, managing between 800 and 2,000 units. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administration of assigned properties, working closely with Board Members, homeowners, vendors, and on-site staff. The position requires a combination of office-based administrative duties and fieldwork, including property inspections, contractor coordination, and Board meetings.

Key Responsibilities of the Community Association Manager:
- Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of assigned community associations.
- Supervise on-site employees and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance projects, vendor contracts, and bidding processes.
- Conduct routine property inspections and ensure compliance with association rules.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Board Members, homeowners, and vendors.
- Prepare and present reports, meeting agendas, and bid summaries to the Board.
- Assist in enforcing association rules and regulations, issuing violation notices as needed.
- Oversee financial matters, including budget preparation and contract management.
- Ensure compliance with association governing documents, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Utilize management software (Vantaca, Outlook 365, MS Office) to track and document operations.
- Attend evening Board meetings as required and provide professional guidance on association matters.
- Maintain a commitment to ongoing professional education, including obtaining CMCA certification within 12-18 months.
Qualifications of the Community Association Manager:
- Prior experience in property management, community association management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong emotional intelligence is required.
- Ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software (Vantaca experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of community association laws, regulations, and governance structures is beneficial.
- CMCA certification or willingness to obtain within 12-18 months.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings for Board meetings.
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
