Now hiring General Laborers for a manufacturing company in Minerva for 1st shift, 5am - 5pm.
Weekly pay at $16 per hour.
The General Laborer is responsible for assisting in various manufacturing departments to ensure that daily production goals are met.
Job Duties:
- Operate a furnace by loading materials and inputting correct temperature settings.
- Monitor furnace operations and adjust temperatures as needed to avoid burning.
- Safely remove melted materials from furnaces and pour them into casts and molds.
- Cool newly created ingots and safely stack them in designated areas.
- Keep accurate documentation of materials used to avoid shortages.
- Maintain upkeep of workstations by performing general housekeeping tasks.
- Any other task requested by a supervisor.
Requirements:
- Must be willing to work any shift as needed.
