Minutemen Staffing is now hiring Maintenance Technicians for a local Manufacturing company.
Shift - 1st shift Monday-Friday 7am to 3pm
Pay - $32 an hr.
Temp to Hire position
Job Description:
- Perform the preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair Mechanical / Electrical / Hydraulic/ Pneumatic and Building Maintenance issues in a timely fashion
- Establish a root cause diagnosis on any equipment failures
- Support the established 5S systems and GMP compliance
- Perform adjustments and or make corrections on equipment to reach optimum capabilities
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance
- Extrusion experience preferred
- Experience with fabrication; manual lathes; welding etc. Preferred
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations
- Ability to stan, sit, kneel, bend throughout the shift
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
