What are the responsibilities and job description for the MAINTENANCE TECH position at Minute Men Staffing?
- Support the Maintenance Supervisor with routine maintenance and unscheduled repairs.
- Participate and delegate general maintenance, diagnostics, and preventative equipment maintenance, including minor electrical and hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs
- Maintenance equipment such as Ottawa Yard Tractors, batch Plant Forklift, Man Lift, Ready-mix trucks, Gantry Overhead Cranes, and miscellaneous small engines.

High School Diploma
Previous manufacturing/industrial maintenance experience required. Experience with concrete manufacturing a plus. Welding certification desired. Excel and Microsoft Office program knowledge is a must.
* Clean, lubricate, or adjust parts, equipment, or machinery.
* Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery or equipment.
* Examine parts for defects, such as breakage or excessive wear.
* Record repairs and maintenance performed.
