What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mechanical Installers - 1st Shift position at Minute Men Staffing?
A large aftermarket parts installation company in the Eastend (Westport road area) is in need of multiple mechanical installers. This is a full time temp to hire position with weekly pay. Must be reliable with dependable transportation. Have zero attendance issues during the 90 day probationary period.
Job Duties:
- Install mechanical systems, components, and accessories on trucks and trailers.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure proper functionality.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures during all installations and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Previous experience with vehicle electrical components.
- Previous experience with hand tools and measuring tape.
- Willingness to work overtime when called.
- Must have own tools and safety shoes.
