Metal Welder

Now hiring Metal Welders for a manufacturing company in Akron for 1^st and 2^nd shifts.

1^st shift: 6am – 2:30pm

2^nd shift: 12pm – 8:30pm

Weekly pay at $15 per hour.

The Metal Welder is responsible for welding and fabricating metal components and structures.

Job Duties:

• Weld metal parts according to blueprint specifications.
• Perform MIG Stick welding on a variety of components.
• Set-up and operate welding equipment.
• Inspect welds for accuracy and quality.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments and hand tools to confirm welds.
• Any other duty requested by a supervisor.

Requirements:

• Ability to work with fiberglass.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Previous Welding experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and tape measures.
