Now Hiring a Product Assembly & Packager for a Great Company in Solon, OH!
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assemble core components of the product (such as photosensitive plates, circuit boards, internal cables, structural components, and surface films) according to standard procedures.
- Package the products upon completion of production, packing different accessories according to the product order requirements.
- Keep detailed records of the production process and report any issues encountered to supervisors or relevant departments promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area to prevent dust and impurities from affecting the products.
- Wear antistatic clothing and shoes during assembly and wear an antistatic wrist strap while working.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in electronic or mechanical product assembly, testing, quality inspection, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong practical and learning skills, meticulous and conscientious work ethic, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good team spirit and communication skills.
Schedule: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Monday - Friday)
Compensation: $18.00 per hour (Paid Weekly) $300 Quarterly Bonus If You Meet Production Goal
