Fiberglass Insulation Padding Manufacturer in Toledo is Seeking a Production Operator to assist with the Entire Production Process and Clean Up.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Hands On , assisting with the entire production process clean up.
Contribute to production planning and budgeting
Can make basic decisions
Maintain a safe production environment
Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders.
Setting dials/ controls/ feeding bailers/ making notes in system
Qualifications:
2-5 years of production experience
Strong organizational and team leader skills
Work with other members to ensure operational excellence
Ideal candidates will own entire production process on their shift.
Positive, Energetic with strong work ethic and history of punctuality is a MUST!
Experience In the Manufacturing of Fiber / NVH Material Preferred
Schedule: 6ampm – 4pm(Monday - Thursday) Possible OT on Friday
