What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production position at Minute Men Staffing?
Main responsibility would be running one specific machine that is repetitive daily. This machine runs the same product every day, all year.
Required to float to other departments as needed (mainly floating to our powder coat line to hang or remove parts)
Employee must be able to lift 10-20 lbs. repetitively for loading and unloading parts.
Quality checking parts for pass/fail.
Employee must be able to report pass/fail part quantities in our ERP system.
Expected to maintain daily quantity goals.
Experience is not required, on-site specific training provided
Must follow all safety requirements, including daily gas cylinder lock up
