Roll-Forming Operator

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Roll-Forming Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality parts used in athlete benches through roll-forming processes. This position requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and Operation:
  • Set up and operate roll-forming machinery according to specifications and production schedules.
  • Adjust machine settings to achieve desired dimensions and tolerances.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Production and Quality Control:
  • Monitor the roll-forming process to maintain quality and consistency of parts.
  • Inspect finished parts for compliance with dimensional and visual quality standards.
  • Record production data and report any defects or deviations from specifications.
• Safety and Compliance:
  • Follow all company safety protocols and ensure the roll-forming area is free of hazards.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Collaboration:
  • Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and quality control personnel to resolve issues.

High School Diploma or GED

Prior experience in metal fabrication or similar industry. Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers). Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
